Slender Clada Pineapple




  • 3 scoops Vanilla/ Banana Whey Protein Concentrate / Slender Blend
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml unsweetened coconut milk


  • tbsp Chia Seed
  • tbsp desiccated coconut

  • Slice a pineapple in half with a sharp knife 
  • Scoop out the inside of one half – leaving the shell in tact to make your bowl
  • Place the pineapple that you have scooped out into a blender along with the PW whey protein, half a banana and the coconut milk and process until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie into the pineapple bowl and top with the other half of the banana and the optional toppings or change them up for your favorite ingredients
