
Slender Clada Pineapple

Ingredients
- 3 scoops Vanilla/ Banana Whey Protein Concentrate / Slender Blend
- 1 banana
- 250ml unsweetened coconut milk
Toppings
- 1 tbsp Chia Seed
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method
- Slice a pineapple in half with a sharp knife
- Scoop out the inside of one half – leaving the shell in tact to make your bowl
- Place the pineapple that you have scooped out into a blender along with the PW whey protein, half a banana and the coconut milk and process until smooth
- Pour the smoothie into the pineapple bowl and top with the other half of the banana and the optional toppings or change them up for your favorite ingredients
