Slender Coconut Green Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops vanilla Protein Powder
  • 200g spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 1tbsp Cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed powder
  • 200ml Almond or Coconut milk
  • ½ tsp Coconut oil
  • Handful of ice
