Ingredients
- 4 egg whites (125ml)
- 40g (four yellow scoops) Slender Blend
- 3 tbs of milk (almond/coconut/dairy) or water

Method
- Beat together the egg whites and protein powder and gradually add the milk or water until you have a runny batter
- Use an olive oil spray to grease your frying pan or rub a little oil or butter on your pan using some kitchen towel, add a ladle of batter to the pan and flip to cook on both sides
- Eat warm, smothered in your favourite toppings!
