
Slender Green Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- FOR THE BERRIES-MIXTURE
- 1/2 cup halved strawberries
- 2 scoops strawberry or vanilla slender blend
- 3 tbsp natural greek yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- FOR THE KALE-MIXTURE
- 1 cup kale
- 1 green apple
- 3 tbsp greek yog
- 300ml almond/coconut milk
- 1 cup crushed ice

Method
- 1. Combine strawberries in a bowl and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- 2. In a blender, combine kale, apple slices, yogurt, and crushed ice; blend until creamy and smooth then place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Rinse blender; combine strawberries, yogurt, protein powder and ice; blend until creamy and smooth.
- 4. Remove prepared smoothies from freezer.
- 5. Pour the strawberry mixture over the kale mixture.
- 6. Serve immediately
