Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 200ml almond/coconut milk
- 3 scoops vanilla/ banana slender blend
- 1 teaspoons of raw honey
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Handful of ice

Method
