Slender Honey banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml almond/coconut milk
  • 3 scoops vanilla/ banana slender blend
  • 1 teaspoons of raw honey
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Handful of ice

Method

  • Mix the yogurt, banana, honey and nutmeg in a blender until foamy. Pour immediately into two glasses.
