  • 40g (four yellow scoops) of Slender Blend (any flavour!)
  • One apple cored and chopped
  • Zest of half an orange
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • Pinch of allspice
