Slender Nutty Cherry Vanilla Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ⅓ cup dried cherries
  • ⅓ cup Protein World flaxseed
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Method

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Blitz almonds in blender to chop into smaller pieces
  • Mix oats, flax seed, coconut, chopped almonds and protein powder in a bowl
  • Add almond butter, honey, coconut oil, almond milk and stir until well mixed
  • Add and fold in cherries to the mix
  • Spoon mixture into the baking tray and press it down using fingers until flat and smooth
  • Freeze for 30 mins
  • Slice into 10 equal pieces and serve or store in the fridge
