
Slender Nutty Cherry Vanilla Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almonds
- ⅓ cup dried cherries
- ⅓ cup Protein World flaxseed
- ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp almond milk

Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Blitz almonds in blender to chop into smaller pieces
- Mix oats, flax seed, coconut, chopped almonds and protein powder in a bowl
- Add almond butter, honey, coconut oil, almond milk and stir until well mixed
- Add and fold in cherries to the mix
- Spoon mixture into the baking tray and press it down using fingers until flat and smooth
- Freeze for 30 mins
- Slice into 10 equal pieces and serve or store in the fridge
