
Slender Oaty Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 125g oats
- 25g dessicated coconut
- 30g (3x yellow scoops) vanilla slender blend
- 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 60g applesauce
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs chocolate chips

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 and line baking sheet with paper
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, protein powder, chia seeds, chocolate chips, cinnamon and salt
- In another bowl, combine coconut oil, mashed banana, applesauce and vanilla essence
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until well combined
- Take tablespoons of the mixture and form into balls flattening them slightly into a cookie shape with your hands
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown
