  • 2 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1/2 cup lowfat plain (regular or Greek) yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (use 100% pom juice)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered honey
