
Slender Poochie Biscuits

Ingredients
- 4 scoops Slender Blend
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/8 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons light tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon/orange zest (to taste)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C

Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well to form a thick dough (add a little more water if the consistency is too dry)

Line a baking tray with non stick paper
- Divide the dough into four balls and place the balls on to the baking tray spaced out
- Flatten each dough ball with the palm of your hand to desired thickness and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
- N.B if you want to make fun shaped biscuits like our doggy bones then once you have flattened out the dough, place a cookie cutter (your shape of choice) over the dough and press down
- Remove the excess dough around the outside of the shape before peeling the (bone) shaped dough and placing it back onto the tray
