
Slender Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate Slender Blend
- 2tbsp coconut or almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Half small banana
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Method
- In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and protein powder.
- In a separate bowl combine egg white, mashed banana, vanilla extract and almond milk.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combined
- Grease the mug with coconut oil
- Add the mixture into mug and flatten with back of spoon.
- Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds*
- Serve immediately and top with greek yogurt, peanut butter or toppings of your choice
- Serves 1
