Slender Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate Slender Blend
  • 2tbsp coconut or almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Half small banana
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method

  • In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and protein powder.
  • In a separate bowl combine egg white, mashed banana, vanilla extract and almond milk.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combined
  • Grease the mug with coconut oil
  • Add the mixture into mug and flatten with back of spoon.
  • Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute and 10 seconds*
  • Serve immediately and top with greek yogurt, peanut butter or toppings of your choice
  • Serves 1
