Slender Smoothie Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 80g (8 yellow scoops) of Slender Blend
  • 150g blueberries/raspberries/any fruit you fancy!
  • 12 tbs greek yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

Method

  • 1. Blend together 8tbs of the yoghurt with the protein powder & the banana
  • 2. Pour into a lolly mould until it is about 3/4 full and put into freezer for 5 minutes
  • 3. Blend the fruit, lemon juice & 4tbs of yoghurt
  • 4. Pour your fruit mixture on top of the set smoothie mixture
  • 5. Pop in a lolly stick and freeze until fully set
