
Slender Smoothie Ice Lollies

Ingredients
- 80g (8 yellow scoops) of Slender Blend
- 150g blueberries/raspberries/any fruit you fancy!
- 12 tbs greek yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs lemon juice

Method
- 1. Blend together 8tbs of the yoghurt with the protein powder & the banana
- 2. Pour into a lolly mould until it is about 3/4 full and put into freezer for 5 minutes
- 3. Blend the fruit, lemon juice & 4tbs of yoghurt
- 4. Pour your fruit mixture on top of the set smoothie mixture
- 5. Pop in a lolly stick and freeze until fully set
