
Slender Summer Smoothie Cooler

Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla/strawberry slender blend
- 1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 3 cups chopped English cucumber
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 cups chopped frozen watermelon
- 200ml coconut water
- cup of ice cubes

Method
- Add yoghurt, cucumber, mint and lemon juice to blender and process until smooth
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and then place the juice back into the blender
- Add the watermelon, coconut water and ice cubes and slender blend to the mixture and process a gain until smooth
