- 2 scoops vanilla or banana slender blend
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 cup of spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- ½ kiwi
- Tsp chopped mint
- Squeeze of lemon
- 200ml water
- 200ml coconut milk
