
Slender Sweet Dreams Smoothie

Ingredients
- 40g (four yellow scoops) of slender blend (any flavour!)
- 100g blueberries
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender
- 3 tbs Low fat natural yoghurt
- 1tsp honey
- optional orange zest
- 150ml water
- ice

Method
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency. Top with a sprinkle of orange zest if you fancy!
