Slender Sweet Dreams Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 40g (four yellow scoops) of slender blend (any flavour!)
  • 100g blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender
  • 3 tbs Low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1tsp honey
  • optional orange zest
  • 150ml water
  • ice

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency. Top with a sprinkle of orange zest if you fancy!
