
Slender triple berry chia pudding parfait

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Protein World chia seeds
- 1 scoop Protein World slender blend
- 1 ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- 1 tsp pitaya powder (optional)
- Smoothie topping:
- ½ cup red currants
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ banana, frozen
- ¼ cup water

Method
- Mix the chia seeds, slender blend, almond milk, maple syrup, raspberries, and pitaya powder together in a bowl. Stir for 1 minute until combined, then place in the fridge for 1 hour. Blend together the currants, strawberries, banana, and water in a high speed blender. Spoon the chia mixture into the bottom of a cup, then top with the smoothie mixture.
