  • ¼ cup Protein World chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Protein World slender blend
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp pitaya powder (optional)

Optional Smoothie topping:

  • ½ cup red currants
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ¼  cup water

Method

  • Mix the chia seeds, slender blend, almond milk, maple syrup, raspberries, and pitaya powder together in a bowl. Stir for 1 minute until combined, then place in the fridge for 1 hour. Blend together the currants, strawberries, banana, and water in a high speed blender. Spoon the chia mixture into the bottom of a cup, then top with the smoothie mixture.
