Slender Yoghurt Berry Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 scoops protein powder (any flavour)

Toppings

  • Handful of fresh blueberries and cherries
  • Handful of cashews and pumpkin seeds
  • Handful of dried berries
  • 3 squares of chopped up dark chocolate

Method

  • Mix 2 scoops of protein powder in the yoghurt until well combined
  • Spread a thick layer of yogurt on to some wax paper.
  • Sprinkle your choice of toppings such as nuts, fruit, dark chocolate. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
  • Crack the bar into pieces and enjoy!
  • Makes 14 pieces
