
Spiced Pear Crisps

Ingredients
- 1 tsp PW coconut oil
- 2 firm pears (such as Rocha)
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice

Method
- Preheat oven to 140°C
- Place coconut oil in baking tray and allow to melt
- Thinly slice pears width ways into round slices – pick out any pips
- Place pear slices into baking tray and coat with coconut oil
- Sprinkle over the spice mix, and evenly coat
- Transfer the pear slices to a grill tray and place into the oven
- Bake for 40 minutes and then turn slices, bake for a further 30 – 40 minutes or until crisp
- Leave to cool and crisp further
