
Spicy Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews etc.)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 2 tbs finely chopped rosemary

Method
- 1. Toast the nuts in the oven for 10-12 minutes
- 2. While the nuts are toasting heat the coconut oil, maple syrup and spices in a pan
- 3. Take off the heat and mix in the toasted nuts until coated evenly
- Serves 7
