Superfood strawberry rhubarb crisp





  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup large flake oats
  • 4 tbsp Protein World superseed blend
  • 2 tbsp Protein World coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

Mix the strawberries, rhubarb, cornstarch, and maples syrup in a bowl. Set aside.

Mix the oats, superseed blend, coconut oil, and coconut sugar together in a bowl.

Pour the fruit mixture into a small cast iron skillet or baking pan, and then add the oat topping.

Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes
