- 2 scoops vanilla (sweet)/ unflavoured (savoury) Slender Blend
- 2 tbsp plain non fat greet yoghurt
- ¼ cup unsalted pistachios
- ½ inch grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup almond milk/water
- pinch ground black pepper
