Sweet Potato Fish Pie



  • 150g of frozen fish or a your favourite fresh fish (salmon, cod, haddock)
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 40g peas
  • 150ml milk
  • 1 cube fish stock

  • 1. Either bake the sweet potato and scoop out the cooked flesh or peel, boil and mash
  • 2. Poach the fish in the milk, along with the crumbled stock cube and bay leaf
  • 3. Once cooked add the peas and stir through
  • 4. Place the fish mixture into a dish and cover with the mashed sweet potato and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Serve with vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, kale.
