
Sweet Potato Waffles

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
150 gram flour
2 big tbs arrowroot
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 scoop PW pancakes
Wet ingredients:
1 big cup sweet potato puree
4 tbs melted coconut
1 tbs apple cider
1 cup milk (almond or oats)

Method
Preheat the oven to 340 F
wrap 2 small sweet potatoes in tin foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes (or until soft).
Mix all the wet ingredients and than mix all the dry ingredients both separately
After you combine everything in a big bowl you should have a thick sticky dough
Grease the waffle iron with coconut oil and bake the waffles for 3 to 4 minutes (without
opening the waffle iron) Repeat until you used up all the dough.
Makes 6 waffles
