  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric root (or 2 tsp ground turmeric)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 cups almond milk
  • 1 handful ice
