- 5 scoops Protein World Slender Porridge
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup water or almond milk

- Mix all ingredients except slender blend in a bowl.

Heat for 45 seconds in the microwave, stir. Then heat for 15-45 more seconds depending on how you like it & serve!
