  • 5 scoops Protein World Slender Porridge
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • ½ cup water or almond milk

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except slender blend in a bowl. 
  • Heat for 45 seconds in the microwave, stir. Then heat for 15-45 more seconds depending on how you like it & serve!
