Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops vanilla slender blend
- 1 pitted medjool date
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method
Add all ingredients excepts nutmeg to the blender and blend until smooth.
