
Yoghurt & Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 scoops Slender Pancakes
- 100ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 15 blueberries
- 2 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
- Drizzle of Slender Syrup

Method
- Add 4 scoops (50g) to 100ml of milk and shake
- Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan
- Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)
- Serve and drizzle the syrup over the pancakes and add the toppings
