  • 4 scoops Slender Pancakes
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 15 blueberries
  • 2 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
  • Drizzle of Slender Syrup

Method

  • Add 4 scoops (50g) to 100ml of milk and shake
  • Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan
  • Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)
  • Serve and drizzle the syrup over the pancakes and add the toppings
