Baked Fruit and Slender Vanilla Pistachio Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios (soaked for 4 hours)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Baked Fruit
  • 1apple
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Hemp seed for sprinkling on top

Method

  • For the sauce
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
  • Place in the fridge for an hour before serving
  • For the Baked Fruit
  • Arrange fruit in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey
  • Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
  • To Serve
  • Sprinkle with hemp seed and 1 tbsp pistachio cream
  • Serves 3
