
Baked Fruit and Slender Vanilla Pistachio Cream

Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla Slender Blend
- 1/3 cup shelled pistachios (soaked for 4 hours)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Baked Fruit
- 1apple
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Hemp seed for sprinkling on top

Method
- For the sauce
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
- Place in the fridge for an hour before serving
- For the Baked Fruit
- Arrange fruit in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
- To Serve
- Sprinkle with hemp seed and 1 tbsp pistachio cream
- Serves 3
