Banana Sparklers




  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Protein World coconut oil
  • 4 popsicle sticks

Topping options:

  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed nuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Dried fruits

  • Line a pan with parchment paper. 
  • Peel the bananas and cut in half.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave on low setting.
  • Dip bananas in melted chocolate and top with desired toppings.
  • Place on tray and into the fridge to firm up for 30 minutes.
