
Chia Oats

Ingredients
- 5 scoops Slender Porridge
- 1 tbsp Protein World chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup boiling water
- 150ml milk

Method
- In a small bowl, mix together the chia seeds, milk and honey.
- Mix well then let sit on the counter for 30 minutes to thicken.
- In a bowl, mix your Slender Porridge, boiling water, and cinnamon, stirring and letting the oats absorb the water.
- Combine your chia mixture with the oats.
- Top with desired toppings such as fresh fruit or nuts.
