
Chilli!

Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 500g organic minced beef
- 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 medium onion - sliced
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 cloves garlic - chopped finely
- 2 tsp cumin

Method
- 1. Heat a tsp of coconut oil in a pan and fry the onions for 5 minutes until softened
- Add the red pepper, garlic, chilli powder and cumin and fry for a further 5 minutes
- Then add in the minced beef and brown the meat - make sure it sizzles not stews
- Once the beef is nicely browned then add the chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and simmer for a further 15 minutes stirring occasionally - add a little water if it becomes too dry
- Serve with sliced avocado and a spoonful of yoghurt
