Digestive Slender Oats
- 4 scoops Slender Blend
- 30g Protein World oats
- 1 tbsp Protein World Psyllium Husk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes so the oats absorb the water.
- Top with fresh fruit and serve.
