4 scoops Slender pancake mix

100ml unsweetened almond milk

½ cup pecans

2 tbsp PW mable syrup

1tsp coconut oil

Method

Add 1tsp of coconut oil to the pan

Add 4 scoops (50g) to 100ml of milk or water, shake and pour into the centre of the pan

Toss in half of the pecans and cook pancakes until brown on each side.

Serve with remaining pecans and drizzle on the maples syrup.
