- 16 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp Protein world coconut oil

Method
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto at an angle, covering the whole length of the spear.
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet or frying pan over a medium high heat.
- Add the asparagus and cook for 3 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy as a side dish.
