
Raw Chocolate Fudge Energy Balls

Ingredients
- Half cup almonds
- Half cup cashews
- Cup full of dates
- ¼ cup dried berries/raisons
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Half cup shredded coconut

Method
- Blend the cashews and almonds in a food processor until crumble
- Add in the dates, protein powder, cocoa, dried berries, vanilla extract and coconut oil and process together until a sticky texture is formed
- Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons, form balls with your hands and then roll in the shredded coconut
- Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then place in the freezer to set for at least an hour before serving. Store the balls in a sealed container in the fridge or in the freezer.
