
Raw Cookie dough protein balls

Ingredients
For the brownie flavour
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour/oats
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons almond/peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tbsp almond milk
For the Cookie Dough
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour/oats
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons almond/peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons almond milk

Method
- In a medium size bowl or a food processor, mix together all ingredients for the brownie flavour. It should be the consistency of cookie dough. If it's too dry, add a bit more almond milk.
- Roll the dough into about 1/2 tablespoon balls. Set aside.
- Mix together all ingredients for the cookie dough flavour. Again, if it's too dry, add little more almond milk.
- Roll the dough into about 1/2 tablespoon balls.
- Next, take 1 brownie ball and 1 cookie dough ball and combine them by compressing them together and rolling into a ball. Repeat!
- Set in the fridge for up to 1 hour
- Makes 15 balls
