Slender Banana Bread Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla slender blend
  • 1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • ½  banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
  • Handful of ice
