
Slender Kiwi Coconut Cream

Ingredients
- 3 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
- 170g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Kiwi fruit, diced into small pieces
- 1/4 Pineapple, diced into small pieces
- 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut

Method
- Add the Coconut Milk, Slender Blend and Greek Yoghurt to a blender and pulse to mix - aiming to keep the mixture fairly thick but well combined
- Spoon the mixture into a tumbler
- Place into the fridge to chill and firm
- Mix the Kiwi and Pineapple diced chunks together and then sprinkle over the top of the yoghurt with the desiccated Coconut to serve.
