Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured Slender Blend
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • Small handful of kale, washed
  • 2 inches ginger root
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 300ml coconut water
  • Handful of ice
