Slender Orange Date Coconut Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 small orange
  • 3 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 3 dates
  • 2 tbsp natural Greek yogurt
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut, to garnish

Method

  • Soak the dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Then transfer to the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth and creamy. Garnish with more shredded coconut
