Ingredients
- 1 small orange
- 3 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 3 dates
- 2 tbsp natural Greek yogurt
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100ml coconut water
- 2 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut, to garnish

Method
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Then transfer to the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth and creamy. Garnish with more shredded coconut
