
Slender Protein Porridge

Ingredients
- 50g (1/2 cup) oats
- 300ml (1 1/2 cup) water/milk
- 30g (3 yellow scoops) protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- honey & berries to serve (optional)

Method
- Put the oats & milk/water in a saucepan, bring to the boil & simmer for 4/5 minutes until thick & creamy
- Stir in the protein powder & add more water/milk to achieve the right consistency
- Sprinkle or stir in the flaxseed & top with whatever takes your fancy!
