Slender Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g (1/2 cup) oats
  • 300ml (1 1/2 cup) water/milk
  • 30g (3 yellow scoops) protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • honey & berries to serve (optional)

Method

  • Put the oats & milk/water in a saucepan, bring to the boil & simmer for 4/5 minutes until thick & creamy
  • Stir in the protein powder & add more water/milk to achieve the right consistency
  • Sprinkle or stir in the flaxseed & top with whatever takes your fancy!
