Slender S'mores Parfait

Bottom layer 

2 tbsp Cacao powder 

1 medium ripe avocado 

1 scoop vanilla slender blend 

1 tbsp coconut cream


Middle layer Cacao sauce

2 tbsp cacao

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

½ tbsp. Zero cal Protein World Maple Syrup 

½ tsp vanilla 


Second layer 

½ cup Roasted buckwheat


Top layer

½ cup of blueberries 

½ cup of raspberries

Bottom layer 

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. You can use a blender if preferred. Scoop 1tbsp of the mixture into a glass cup that you will be serving the parfait in to create the first layer.


Middle layer (Cacao sauce)

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and combine. Pour the mixture ontop of your first layer in the glass cup and then place in the fridge to allow setting and thickening a little. The more coconut oil you add, the thicker the syrup will be. 


 Second layer

Add to a blender and mix until it resembles a breadcrumb consistency. Once the mixture in the fridge has set a little, remove from the fridge and add a tbsp of the mixture to the cup to create another layer.


Top layer

Place the raspberries in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add some bluberries to the bowl and mix together. Scoop a tbsp of the mixture out and place ontop of the buckwheat breadcrumb layer to top off your Slender S'mores Parfait!
