Slender Strawberry Swirl Frappuccino

Ingredients

    • 400ml almond or coconut milk
    • 40g strawberry protein powder
    • 4 frozen strawberries
    • 4 ice cubes

 

    • FOR THE STRAWBERRY SAUCE

 

  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

  • 1. Add all the shake ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency.
  • 2. In a saucepan over a medium heat, combine the strawberries, water, and lemon juice. Stir frequently, and bring to a low boil.
  • 3. Add the sauce to the bottom of the cup/shaker and fill the rest up with the smoothie.
