- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 200ml almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 200ml orange juice
- 1 cup ice

Method
- Combine raspberries, protein powder, milk and 1/2 cup ice in blender until smooth; set aside.
