
Slender Vanilla Date Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 40g vanilla slender blend
- 400ml almond or coconut milk
- ½ cup (packed) pitted Medjool dates (about 9 ounces)
- 1 cup of ice cubes

Method
- Blend the yoghurt, milk, dates, vanilla extract and protein powder until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until mixture is thick and smooth.
