Peanut Butter Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
o 4 scoops of PW Slender Pancakes
o 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
o 1 tbsp coconut oil
o 1 tbsp PW Peanut Butter
o 1 tbsp PW Maple Syrup
o Toppings (optional) strawberries, blueberries, banana etc
METHOD
• Prepare pancakes as instructed
• Mix in peanut butter before adding to the pan
• Serve with maple syrup and toppings of choice

Maple Pecan Pancakes

o 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
o ½ cup pecans
o 2 tbsp PW Maple Syrup
o 1 tsp coconut oil
METHOD
• Prepare pancakes as instructed
• Toss in half of the pecans before adding to the pan
• Top with remaining pecans and drizzle on the maples syrup

o 15 blueberries
o 2tbsp Low fat Greek yoghurt
o Drizzle of Slender Syrup
METHOD
• Add 4 scoops (50g) of pancake powder to 100ml of milk and shake
• Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan
• Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)
• Drizzle the syrup over the pancakes, add the toppings and serve

INGREDIENTS
o 4 scoops of PW Slender Pancakes
o 1 scoop chocolate Slender Blend
o 100ml unsweetened almond milk
o 1tbsp coconut oil
o 3 squares of dark chocolate
o 2 large strawberries
METHOD
• Add 4 scoops (50g) pancake mix and 1 scoop of chocolate Slender Blend to 100ml of milk and shake
• Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan
• Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)
• Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave
• Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the pancakes, add the toppings and serve
