How to use

Slender FlapJack Mix

 

All you need is: 2 x scoops milk (50ml), 1.5 x scoop melted coconut oil ( 35ml), 2 x scoops Protein World Maple Syrup, baking tin lined with parchment paper.

 

Prep: Preheat the oven to (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4). Melt 2 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 1 minute. Line your tin with parchment paper.

Make: Mix the milk, coconut oil (1.5x scoops), Protein World syrup and the whole pouch of flapjack mix together until well blended. Spread evenly into your parchment lined tin.

Bake: Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Bakers Tip - To ensure accurate measurement of the coconut oil, add two large tablespoons to a jug and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Once in liquid form you can measure out 1.5 x scoops to add to the mix.

 

Slender Muffin Mix

 

All you need is: 2 large eggs, 6 scoops of water (150ml), 1.5 scoops melted coconut oil and a muffin tray lined with 9 muffin cases

 

Prep: Preheat the oven to (200°C / 180°C Fan / 400°F / Gas Mark 6). Melt 2 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 1 minute. Add the muffin cases to the tin.

Make: Mix the eggs, water, coconut oil (1.5x scoops) and the whole pouch of muffin mix together until well blended. Spoon the mixture evenly into 9 muffin cases.

Bake: Bake in the centre of the oven for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Prep -Preheat the oven to (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4). Melt 2 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 1 minute. Line your tin with parchment paper.

Make: Mix the egg, water, coconut oil (1.5x scoops) and the whole pouch of brownie mix together until well blended. Spread evenly into your parchment lined tin.

Bake: Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-11 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs attached. For gooey brownies cook for only 10 minutes. Transfer the brownies into the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cutting and serving. This makes them extra fudgy. Trust us it’s worth the wait!

Slender Cookie Mix

 

All you need is – 2 x scoops water (50ml), 1.5 x scoops melted coconut oil (35ml), baking tray lined with parchment paper.

 

Prep - Preheat the oven to (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4). Melt 2 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Line your tray with parchment paper.

Make- Mix the water, coconut oil (1.5x scoops) and the whole pouch of cookie mix together until well blended. With your hands, roll the mixture into even balls, place on the baking tray and flatten.

Bake: Bake in the centre of the oven for 15-17 minutes or until the edges become golden.
