
Slender Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 40g (four yellow scoops) of Slender Blend - any flavour works well!
- 100g fresh/frozen raspberries
- 150mls water
- 3 tbs Low fat natural yoghurt
- Ice cubes
