Slender Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 40g (four yellow scoops) of Slender Blend - any flavour works well!
  • 100g fresh/frozen raspberries
  • 150mls water
  • 3 tbs Low fat natural yoghurt
  • Ice cubes
