
Slender Waffles

Ingredients
- 3 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs

Method
- Preheat waffle maker
- In a bowl puree the banana and then mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Add a tsp f coconut oil on the waffle maker.
- Allow batter to sit for 5 minutes allowing it to thicken up a bit
- Cook on the waffle maker for around 5 minutes until golden brown
- Serve topped with berries, honey, peanut butter or whatever you desire
- Makes 2 waffles
