Slender Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • Preheat waffle maker
  • In a bowl puree the banana and then mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Add a tsp f coconut oil on the waffle maker.
  • Allow batter to sit for 5 minutes allowing it to thicken up a bit
  • Cook on the waffle maker for around 5 minutes until golden brown
  • Serve topped with berries, honey, peanut butter or whatever you desire
  • Makes 2 waffles
